84. a sincere 'lil thought
Perfect timing. I'm blogging minutes after midnight.
But, never mind. And I doubt I would be able to complete this post. The holidays has already started, and it was supposed to be a time to clear all outstanding work undone. Unfortunately, previous plans have been shelved and I realise I'm going to slack for the whole of the holidays. Okay, not really. The History Group has somewhat managed to keep things under control and completed it at the start of the holidays, but then I still want to give it a final edit to keep things in perfect condition. The Drama Group decides to meet on Wednesday, although initially tomorrow, but due to unknown and unforeseen circumstances it has been postponed. The DNA Group is currently Missing-In-Action, no attempts have been made to try complete the project by this holidays. The Music Group is also currently Missing-In-Action, which is weird, because we were supposed to meet in the holidays. But small wonder, because everybody is busy in the holidays, and who in the right mind has the time to go out taking photographs of My Neighbourhood when they can be obviously doing something more productive. And currently, My DnT is still in the DnT workshop waiting to be taken out of the cupboard once again, and be dealt with once and for all.
So much for project work. There is Choir this Thursday. And unfortunately clashes with Conversational Malay Classes. Small chance we can forgo Conversational Malay for Choir. I have no idea why we have these classes. And why must they be held during the holidays? They should be held in some Chinese class instead.
And back to the point on project work. Actually, out of the five projects I have at hand- one is done (final editing required), two is Missing-In-Action, one will be meeting up, and the last one is in the cupboard. Which leaves me in this holidays to handle the editing of the history quiz. And I think I might start doing something about the DNA proposal. "The Deadline Chasers" indeed live up to their very name. But, I shall break this trend.
And, therefore my holiday plans have been greatly reshuffled. But, actually, that's good. Which means I have so many days to slack and not do any project work! And by slack, I don't really mean slack. Slack as in reading textbooks while lying down on bed and maybe falling asleep. Well, at least you do something productive while doing something so unproductive.
And, a last point before I end this post.
A sincere little thought really matters more than anything else anyone could give. The year is drawing to an end. Soon enough, 2009 will come as something quite similar to 2008, but yet so different. Hopefully, 2009 will be different, a little different. A little better than 2008.
And why am I even saying this like it's the end of the year? Oh, and sorry for blogging so weirdly today. I just feel very hyper and weird today, and decide to post in a very unusually eccentric manner. Thanks.
