The first day of EOYs, today. Even on the way while walking to school, I was both consciously and subconsciously writing compositions in my head. It was raining this morning, and I thought it was quite nice. I liked heavy rains, very heavy rain. I don't like drizzles, and in fact I don't like anything smaller than a torrent. Although it did kinda foreshadowed how I am going to screw my two papers later in the day. Right before the start of the first paper, everybody was wondering if there was going to be formal letters. But turned out there isn't.

First up, English Paper 1. Which was in fact turned out kind of screwed. My composition was too corny for it's own good. But you must blame it on the kind of questions they have. Situational Writing was kind of okay for me. Managed to remember informal letter format and not go out of point. Although after the whole exam everyone was saying that went out of point for situational writing.

Next up, Chinese Paper 2. I was kind of off-track for the first 30 minutes. I was actually slacking for the first 30 minutes, not really concentrating. Only at 11.00am then I started to rush everything out. And managed to finish on the dot at 12.00pm.

Overall, today's performance was darn bad. Gave a corny plot for composition, and didn't concentrate well enough for CL paper 2.

I think I really need to start getting ready for my other papers if I want to achieve my targets. No more papers like how I screwed today.
