101. two roads in a yellow wood

I'm suffering from some form of Writer's Block; I don't know how to start, continue or end this post. I think this post will be slightly crappy, although most posts already are, so the degree of crapping makes no difference anyway. Oh, and I'm stuck again...how to continue.

Okay, let me start off with some lame stuff first. I realised when I post on the blog, I'll have a certain way, or "style" of writing I have adapted. Which is kinda irritating sometimes. Cos I realised my style is the boring kinda style which no one reads, and then I type loads of crap that no one wants/ needs to read. So I guess I have to change my style of writing on this blog and put in more readable stuff. Let the style slowly evolve to something else.

That was random. And on to something less random.

Yesterday was officially day one of the class chalet. Let me try to start from the very beginning. Before leaving the house, I actually wanted to blog, but I thought if I did so, I would be late. Thus, I didn't. Then I took Bus 89 with Willianto to Downtown East. And on the ride, saw Marcus and Yijie. And when we were there, we realised that the organisers/co-organisers were even later than us. So, when they arrived we got settled in. And found out that there were some other Xinmin classes there too. And Marcus led us a very long way to an unknown destination...which we spoke in many different accents on the way there. And then we went back again. And we played Mahjong. Then the barbecue was kinda okay? Gastric- an unacceptable illness to be found in a society like ours when food isn't scarce!? Job creation. Butter-man. Eunice's hidden passion for fanning?! Etc. Slacked.

Okay, I can elaborate more on this later part, cos it isn't as fast-happening as the earlier hours. Siwei claimed she was going to die. We persuaded her to tell us why. But she didn't tell in the end. Only said that she was going for a check-up. She said it didn't matter. We said that it matters...because we can pray to the coconut trees! In the end, she didn't say anything. Then going home a long distance. Justin led us the forbidden short-cut. The creepy eerie, cricket-sound infested area. And then we took the 89 home. Which we found a better (I think?) way home. And I had a stomachache. So, I didn't manage to complete the story I was telling Willianto!

(I am guessing no one read that whole chunk up there cos it's haphazardly placed anyhow.)

Basically, the class chalet was kinda okay. Actually, it made me realise a lot of things. Very easily inspired person.

The Holiday Spirit- Slacking. Ah, such a guilt to be indulging in such sin for 2 whole months. Okay, not exactly. Once I get my books...I am prepared to start mugging like crazy for next year. Haha, inspired by poor results this year.

Which brings to the point of this Friday! Which is Report Book Day! Oh, the four subjects are going to pull me so down. Literature, Chinese, Art and Maths. Still kinda hoping for Top 50 in level or at least somewhere significantly higher from 69.

Back to something random. I think Ken Follett's World Without End is nice. The starting gets you glued for what's going to happen at the end already. So there's no way you can leave the book.

(Halfway typing this post, I was telling Willianto what to post on the class blog, and I realised that I can give him better ideas to blog than giving myself ideas to blog on this blog.)

Okay, less random again now! Had choir practice today! The basses seem to be standing throughout the whole practice today. And did only Salmo 150 today! Haha!

I am running out of time today. And I need help! Unfortunately, some of the others are still in the chalet, and they are not online so they can't help! Haha, luckily there is such a helpful (and harmful) thing known as the Internet that can help me with so many things. Cheers to anonymous yet helpful lurkers of the double-edged Internet!

I'm going to end this post soon already. It's been awhile since I posted. And quite a very long while since I managed a post as long as this!

Okay, okay, ending. Gotta get up early tomorrow.

It's been a long, long while. Goodbye fellow Netizens.
